Call Queue offers a “virtual waiting room” so your callers can remain on the phone while they wait for a representative to answer.* Call Queue is a call management system that helps the business with limited staff manage large call volumes, offers directional prompts like Music on Hold, and plays speciality messages.

Apply a Call Queue to a specific phone extension and then set up the phone queue using the options and messaging prompts that will direct callers through a preset sequence until their call is answered by the appropriate agent. Agents may log in with a PIN to the phone queue you’ve assigned to them.

*A low $0.03 per-minute charge applies when callers are on hold before the agent answers.
